Gondal Accountancy is based in Birmingham and acts for clients throughout the United Kingdom. You are assigned an accountant who stays with you, so you always know who is handling your work.
We work paperless. Your bookkeeping and records run through Xero, QuickBooks or FreeAgent, so your figures stay up to date year-round and your accounts are ready for Making Tax Digital when it applies to you. Documents are shared securely online and signed electronically, so nothing needs posting.
We agree the fee before anything starts, and it does not change afterwards. You will know what is included, what we need from you and when things are due.
Locally we work with sole traders, landlords, contractors, drivers, ecommerce sellers and limited companies across Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry and the wider West Midlands. Many of our clients are based elsewhere in the UK and work with us remotely.

Our office is at 1126A Stratford Road, Birmingham B28 8AE. If you are local, you are welcome to come in — plenty of clients prefer to go through their accounts across a desk rather than over email.
If you are not, none of it depends on being here. Everything runs by phone, video call and secure document sharing, and a good number of our clients have never visited the office.
